S&K Technologies, Inc. Customer Statement on the COVID-19 Coronavirus
To our valued Customers, Business Partners, and Colleagues,
For 21 years, the S&K Technologies, Inc. Family of Companies worldwide has made it our mission to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. In the face of the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our focus remains the same. We are working hard to minimize any impact to service while ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and teammates. S&K leaders are closely monitoring and following all directives from public health officials and government agencies to do our part to restrict the spread of disease.
Our operational sites remain open, but we have taken extra precautions to protect our workforce. This includes social distancing, enhanced cleaning procedures, and restricted access for outside visitors. Whenever possible our employees are working from home with the same resources and communication lines between teammates and customers.
Non-essential business travel is suspended. We understand that some of these travel restrictions affect servicing our loyal customers; therefore, we are prepared to provide support services via phone, video conferencing, and online meetings when travel is not possible.
This situation continues to change daily and as such, we will continue to follow the guidance provided by the CDC and local health departments and provide updates and direction as appropriate.
At this time, our service levels will remain the same with the limitations stated above. We will continue to work with our employees and teammates to ensure we are all prepared to maintain a level of quality service to our customers, while taking all health precautions necessary.
